Paige and Jordan Ivey's home is full of movement, music and laughter — and that's exactly how they like it.

With three young daughters — Payton, 8, Parker, 4, and Palmer, 2 — life in the Ivey household is a joyful blur of dance parties, pool days and golf cart rides around Firethorne.

"We're definitely a busy, loud, happy house," Paige says with a laugh. "Between cheer, gymnastics, dance and art, there's always something going on — but we wouldn't have it any other way."

A Family Rooted in Ballantyne

Jordan works as an in-house mortgage broker for Helen Adams Realty, while Paige is a sales leader for a healthcare technology company. Despite demanding careers, family time is the priority.

Even simple outings — like trips to the park or Costco — become adventures, especially when paired with their favorite family ritual: cruising the neighborhood by golf cart.

The Iveys have been members at the Country Club of the Carolinas for over 10 years.

TacoBell: The Family's Furry Members

Their household also includes two beloved dogs: Tucker, a yellow Lab mix known as "Taco," and Bella, a goldendoodle. Together, they're affectionately known as "TacoBell" — a nickname coined by the girls and one that has stuck.

Travel, Food and Family Fun

Travel is another family passion, particularly cruises and warm tropical destinations. One recent trip to Baha Mar revealed just how adventurous the Iveys truly are.

At home, dinner is part meal, part entertainment. The girls play cooking shows and rate dinner every night. "I'm definitely not a cook, but it's motivated me to get better and impress my family," Paige shares.

When it's time to unwind, the beach tops their list, and Paige has her own definition of true relaxation at the spa at The Ballantyne Hotel.

Deep Community Roots

Paige and Jordan's story began at a work golf event at the Ballantyne Resort in 2012, and today they're deeply rooted in family, faith and community. They attend church at Five Stones, participate in Bible study and book clubs, and are excited to return to coaching youth sports now that their daughters can be on the same cheer team.

A fun fact neighbors might not know: Jordan is a twin — a detail that feels fitting for a family that thrives on connection and togetherness.
